While experience is not necessary, customer service experience is a plus! Contacting existing and new customers to schedule their vehicle service appointments.
Greeting & checking in customers arriving to bring their vehicle in for automotive service to their vehicle.
Providing excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests Pulling up customer vehicles who have arrived to pick up their vehicle.
Assist in the check out process.
