is a family owned and operated business located in downtown Plainfield.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities Manage incoming calls CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current and new clients Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Ability to work effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Insurance knowledge in Property/Casualty is highly recommended Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
