Estimating leads for potential clients when needed Communicating with insurance companies Investigate and determine coverage of loss and adjusts all elements of Loss claims Handle moderate- severe complexity claims assigned under little supervision Explain coverage of loss, assists policyholders with itemization of damages, emergency repairs and additional living arrangements Gather subcontractors information if required for estimate purposes Communicating with clients if needed for estimate purposes Creating insurance estimates Communicating with insurance companies for estimate purposes Employee training on estimation and supervision Quality control supervision Requirements for Roofing claims adjuster Customer Service Strong Verbal and written communication skills Xactimate software experience Computer skills Reliable transportation to work Maintain a professional attire and attitude at all times Benefits of the Roofing claims adjuster Competitive Salary Full time employment and not 1099 Insurance, health - Vision and Dental insurance benefits Paid Time Off Holiday Pay 401k Benefits and matching 401k.
