This individual will be responsible for basic accounting skills and routine cashier / reception functions.
Week nights 5pm to 8pm (close) and Saturdays rotate morning 7am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm (close).
10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities Receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the call and direct caller to their destination Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold Stock in vehicles in a timely manner Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers File and scan documents into our DMS Maintain coffee bar and customer waiting area in clean and orderly condition Replenish coffee bar and order supplies as needed Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution Assist Managers with various clerical duties and other projects as assigned Qualifications Highly motivated, organized, reliable and detail-oriented Can-do attitude with ability to work independently within a team environment Cashier/reception previous experience a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
