We install windows, patio units and exterior doors, as well as providing service and warranty work to existing and new customers.
We also provide glass replacement.
At Window Pros Inc, we are looking for a hardworking and organized part time office assistant to work in a small office atmosphere.
This job will require you to be available to work Monday, Wednesday & Friday for about 5/6 hours (Hours of operation are from 8am to 4pm).
Our ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, personable and have a working understanding of windows and doors.

Answer incoming phone calls Check voicemail and return phone calls Schedule service appointments Data entry Customer service/Phone Etiquette Requirements:
Expert in Customer service Knowledge and use of computers, photocopier, fax machine, scanner and phone system Organized and able to prioritize Keep deadlines Able to work independently Use sound judgement and thoughtful decisions Previous construction/service scheduling a plus but not required! Knowledge to read and understand a map for scheduling - be familiar with the area Job Type:
