We are seeking a Production Assistant to assist the owner in the production of skincare and home fragrance products that are sold in our retail stores and on our website.
Position Responsibilities -Assists in making soap, candles, bath, body & skincare products that involve measuring, mixing, blending, melting, weighing, and filling containers to meet quality standards -Labels, boxes and packs products to prepare for distribution -Keeps work areas clean, sanitized and organized according to safety requirements -Unpacks boxes of ingredients and containers, keeps inventory of supplies, restocks workshop -Meets production goals -Adheres to company policies & procedures -Assists in office/admin needs related to product production Physical Requirements -Able to stand for extended periods -Dexterity of hands and fingers -Able to walk, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach with hands and arms, twist, balance, and bend at waist -Not sensitive to smells and fragrances -Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Qualifications -Must be detail-oriented, organized, have an eye for accuracy, and reliable -Ability to follow written and verbal instructions -Basic math and computer skills -Motivated, positive-minded, and works well with others -Authorized to work in the United States Requires acceptance of a confidentiality agreement.
