Lend support and assistance to the commercial manager and business development representative.
Full time, benefit eligible at 30 hours per week.
Opportunity for more hours as we grow and upward growth.
Monday through Friday with a flexible start time and hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Enter information into our CRM software system.
Coordinate meetings and presentation appointments for the commercial manager.
Review contracts and proposals for clerical mistakes, verify address information and signatures.
Manage multiple priorities & projects.
Keep manager on task.
