We are looking for someone who is organized, punctual, and dependable.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting and checking in patients Scheduling appointments Answering phones Checking patients in out as they enter the practice Taking payments Making outgoing phone calls to patients as well as other staff members for scheduling purposes General office duties including data entry, scanning, faxing, copying etc.
Assisting with billing and patient billing as needed.
Providing general support to the practice as needed.
Skills:
Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels from patient to patient's family members or other sensitively sensitive situations.
